Would you want an IHT bill of 3.5M

I recently posted a short article on LINKEDIN discussing the possible inheritance tax arising on a property sale in Sandbanks which was bought for 7,000 back in the 1940`s and following the death of mum, the family were selling the property for 9 million so that they could pay the estimated 3 million tax liability to HMRC.
